Serves: 4 Ingredients
About 200 gr. (7 oz) Smoked Salmon
300 gr. (10.5 oz) Sushi rice
4 Nori
Sesame seeds
Cream cheese
½ Cucumber
150 ml. (5 oz) sushi vinegar
Method 1. Cook the rice covered with 300 ml. of water until all the water is absorbed, remove, and mix with 150ml. sushi vinegar.
2. Cut the nori in half .
